Standard four loop bigbag ( jumbo bag)

This model is the most widely used and economical type of jumbo bag for packaging, which can be U-shaped with two side panels or consisting of four side panels and a bottom..

Q-Bag

After being filled, the standard four-pack bags are removed from the cube state and become bellies, which causes more space to be occupied in storage and transportation. But there is another type of big bag with four categories, which is called Q Bag or (Formstable), which, due to the sewing of diagonal and holed inner panels, prevents the belly from filling up and keeps the jumbo bag in its cubic shape. and as a result increases safety and reduces the cost of storage and transportation. The presence of holes makes the content spread evenly in all parts of the big bag when it is filled.

Cross Corner Bigbag

This big bag model consists of a cylindrical fabric (round texture) and a bottom fabric sewn to it. Due to the lack of sewing seams in the cylindrical fabric, this model is suitable for carrying very small materials. The handles of the Big Bag Cross Corner are sewn from one corner to the other side corner.

Product features
SWL and SF
SWL: indicates the maximum weight that the big bag can safely bear, which can be 500kg, 1000kg, 1200kg, 1250kg, 1500kg or 2000kg according to the customer's request.

SF: The safety factor of the bag is the ratio of the actual strength of the bag to its SWL. which can be 5:1 or 6:1. For example, SWL=1000kg, SF=5:1 means that the big bag will break under the test machine only after its load reaches 5 times its SWL (5000kg). Most of the big bags are used once. The safety factor of these big bags is 5:1. But the safety factor of reusable bags should be 6:1.
